This pure New Zealand water comes from a 170 - 350 meter deep pressured aquifer. Antipodes is a still or softly beaded sparkling water, specifically designed for restaurant dining in a modern, crisp, clean and elegant bottle.
The water spends about 50 years underground where it filters through a substrata of ignimbrite. The area of recharge for the aquifer is the Rotoma Hills, which has a historically low human population density of less than 1 person per 250 acre, with no commercial or industrial activity present.
Antipodes mineral water is bottled at the source in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty. The bottle is beautifully presented as the design expresses terroir and is a modern take on the old fashioned New Zealand beer flask.
