Fachingen is a lightly sparkling “healing water” with only 1.5 g of natural carbon dioxide per litre. This delicious water from the German Taunus region is rich in minerals such as hydrogen carbonate (dissolved carbon dioxide), calcium and magnesium and has a full, pleasantly bitter flavour.
Its levels of sodium hydrogen carbonate help reduce heartburn, while the high level of hydrogen carbonate (1.850 mg per litre!) regulates the body’s pH balance which is often disrupted by excessive consumption of food, alcohol and coffee.
