HOW TO ORDER

I'm new to "Spring Watershop" - how do I shop?

1. Find the product you want

• Navigate
• Click on the navigation area on the top of the screen or the relevant category banners to narrow down your product search.
• Search
• Type the product into the search box located at the top of the screen and click go. Also you can select via "refine search" for selection based on chemical composition.
  Quick order
• If you already have a brochure you can find all of your items using our SearchForm.

2. Select and add to Cart

When you have found the product you want to buy, simply enter the quantity you require and click 'Add To Cart'. Don't worry, you haven't bought anything yet and you can add or remove as many items as you want until you decide to make a purchase. You can view your shopping list at any time by clicking on the 'Cart' at the top of the screen. If you need to step away for a while or log off, don't worry! If you are a registered customer the items in your shopping list will be there when you get back.

3. Checkout

Paying for the products you have selected couldn't be easier. Simply click on the Checkout button,and choose in the intermediate screen for "checkout" . You than enter the checkout page with on the left side the part with he details we ask for and on the right side the cart with all shopping information, also here you can check the transport costs.

If you don't want to have to fill out your details again, why not Register and we'll save your details for the next time you shop with us.

You can always click on 'Cart' at the top of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping list. You can check and change its contents before proceeding

For security purposes our checkout pages will expire after a period of inactivity.

How do I add items to my Cart?
Once you have found the item you want simply click on the image or 'more information' button and choose the quantity you require by clicking in the 'Qty' box, then click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
Don't worry if you have added too many items or the wrong item to your shopping list. To remove items from your shopping list simply click on 'Cart' at the top of the page, then either type the number '0' in the quantity box and click on the 'Recalculate' button underneath. Or you can click in the 'Remove' box and then click on the 'Recalculate' button underneath

Can I save items in my shopping list to buy another day?
You can only save items in your shopping list to buy another day if you are a registered user. Registration is quick and simple, and you do not have to save any credit card details unless you want to. If you have any concerns about privacy or what happens with the data we store about you, please see our Privacy Policy.

Are all Spring Watershop products available to buy online?
We try to stock all our products online, but due to changes in the assortment it can happen that a recently arrived new product is not yet listed on our website. Please feel free to contact us with your demand!

Discount

 Often, our products discount if you order them with larger numbers, you see this listed on the product page though volume discounts on this article. Extra there is a discount of 5% if the total order is 18 bottles or a multiple. In addition this will also give you the lowest transport costs per bottle!
