The online calculation comprises the following components:
The rental price: for rentals less than 12 months, the whole the whole rental will be charged , when period is longer than 12 months invoicing will be at a quarterly base. The cleaning costs are € 47.50 per sanitization and takes place twice a year. Coolers that are rented less than 6 months (even one day in rent) are charged with one cleaning fee (cleaning after return). From 6 months untill one year is two cleanings. The guaranty is a fixed amount of € 50, - per water cooler. If the cooler without any culpable damage is returned this amount will be credited. Installation and explanation: a exit option to have the cooler be installed professionally and get further explanation. If you do not choose for this option the water cooler will be supplied by the carrier and you are responsible for unpacking and connecting it to the power, instlling the first bottle so let it run all the air hoses disappeared.
